With a distinguished 30-year career in the insurance industry—including leadership roles at Swiss Re, where she managed strategic initiatives and corporate development—she understands both the importance and the nuances of fostering collaboration, driving engagement, and delivering exceptional experiences.

As the former Principal CEO of Mossa Consulting, Marybeth specialized in cultural change, operational reform, and client support, honing her ability to create seamless, high-impact experiences—skills she now applies to crafting unforgettable cocktail events and interactive team-building sessions for corporate clients. Her background in team building directly leads to personalized services to meet diverse client needs, ensuring every event is tailored for maximum impact.

Marybeth holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Kansas, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Baker University - equipping her with deep insights into team dynamics, leadership development, and creative problem-solving—all of which enhances her approach to corporate mixology and team engagement.
